We provide 24hr Emergency Services Only for our regular customers and supporting all systems installed by us. Day or night, when things go wrong, we're there to get you back on track... From heating system failures to leaky pipes and faucets; repairing and replacing electrical panels and service upgrades; we've got your back! We know that a true emergency can be very stressful. We want to minimize this stress and solve the problem quickly and efficiently. Sometimes this may mean finding a temporary fix until parts can be acquired or additional help recruited. Often, we may determine that the emergency is not a true emergency and can give you a quick fix over the phone and then schedule an appointment to check things out during regular business hours, thereby saving you money!
In an emergency situation, please follow these guidelines for the fastest and most efficient service:
1) Know the Problem - get detailed information on the make/model of your equipment (boiler, heat pump, generator, etc.)
2) Take Pictures - Help us diagnose the problem before we arrive so we can have the proper tools, fittings and replacement parts
3) Be Courteous and Respectful - We know emergencies are stressful. Our technicians are ready to come out to help at a moment's notice. When they arrive, please treat them kindly. If they can't fix the problem immediately, they will devise a temporary fix and reserve the permanent fix for regular business hours, when they can procure parts and additional labor. This saves you money!
4) Loyalty is IMPORTANT to us! - We are not a backup for your regular contractor/service provider who is on vacation, unavailable or no longer in business. Most emergencies happen during storms or times of unusual circumstance (extreme cold, heat, etc.) when many people are experiencing similar issues.
