We stay up to speed on the latest sustainable energy and green building technologies so that we can help you save money.  We handle residential and commercial construction projects, renovations, retrofits and are available to provide one-on-one consultation on lighting design and heating system design.  We are certified installers for both Mitsubishi and Fujitsu heat pumps.  

Jeremy Reynolds, Owner

Jeremy grew up in Waldoboro and has become an integral part of this community, working as a Master Electrician and Heating Technician for the last 12 years and running the youth basketball league for 8 years.  Jeremy has served as both a boys and girls basketball coach for over 15 years and currently coaches his daughter's 3rd & 4th grade team. 

Shane Osier, Apprentice

Shane has worked for All Seasons for the last 5 years, learning and working towards his Master Plumber and Electrician's license.   Jeremy coached Shane all through high school and then recruited him after seeing his hard work and dedication to the team.  Shane can be found in the wild, enjoying Maine's rugged outdoors:  huntin' and fishin' and lovin' every day.  When he's not working, he can be found playing with his little daughter Aria, who turns 2 in May.
